October: Tea and Food in the Literature

Since people first put ink to parchment, food and tea have proven an inspiration, a plot device, and a method of revealing character in poetry and literature. Join us as we explore this literary concept at Sylvania Branch Library on Wed. Oct.9th, at 7:00 PM.

Back by popular demand, we are offering an American Girl Tea and Fashion Show. Doll lovers of all ages are invited to attend with their favorite doll. A delightful selection of clothing for dolls and gals will be shown, and a formal afternoon tea will be served.
