Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

Robert Frost is one of America’s most beloved poets. Mention the poetry of Robert Frost to anyone and images of idyllic New England scenes come to mind: cobbled streets that shine in the
moonlight, a sleigh ride in a winter woods… It has been said that he is more than a New England poet: he is more than an American poet; he is a poet who can be understood anywhere.
And in the depths of our Northwest Ohio winter it seems an appropriate time to sit by the fire, to sip our fragrant tea, indulge in decadent morsels and listen to a bit of great poetry and
live music. Inspired by Frost, and the snowy beauty of winter, our tea room will be adorned in glittering splendor and illuminated with the shimmer of glowing twinkle light. This exquisite fireside tea will feature:

  • Sparkling Kensington Palace Scones with Almond Ambrosia,
  • Creamy Potato Soup,
  • Cucumber Tea Sandwiches,
  • Chicken Angelique Tea Sandwiches,
  • Three Cheese Mushroom Tarts,
  • Wrapped Turkey Apple Bites,
  • Pecan Snowball Cookies,
